There were 3 leg for the trip and each leg was delayed by 90 minutes or more. The boarding process takes forever with people waiting on the jetway even though most folks do not have carry-on. The whole process is poorly managed. We flew halfway to our destination (NYC to Burlington) and turned around due to a mechanical issue (landing gear wouldn’t retract automatically).
